Shaun Limbers is a founding partner of The McIntyre Companies, LLC focusing in the areas of strategic and corporate initiatives in the alternative investment space, including private equity and real estate. Mr. Limbers is a registered representative with McIntyre’s SEC registered broker-dealer entity, McIntyre Capital Partners, LLC which is a member of FINRA and SIPC. He holds a Series 7 license as well as a Series 63 license. Mr. Limbers has worked as a principal and offered management and strategic advisory in the areas of capitalization for well-known private equity firms, financial institutions, real estate firms, venture capital firms, private funds, and public companies.

Prior to working in the alternative investment space, Mr. Limbers worked as a special assistant to a United States Senator who served on both the Senate Finance and Intelligence Committees. Mr. Limbers is proud to serve as Associate Director of the Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he overseas numerous initiatives for Baylor Entrepreneurship, one of the most tenured and highly acclaimed entrepreneurship programs in the United States. Mr. Limbers earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana.

David McPhedran

David McPhedran is a founding partner of The McIntyre Companies, LLC focusing in the areas of strategic and corporate initiatives in the alternative investment space, including private equity and real estate.  Mr. McPhedran is the Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Partner of McIntyre’s broker-dealer entity, McIntyre Capital Partners, LLC which is a member of FINRA and SIPC.  Although it is typically agnostic as far as specific sectors, McIntyre tends to do most of its activity in entertainment, transportation, real estate and healthcare technology. 

Prior to McIntyre, Mr. McPhedran has an extensive background in medical devices (MRI) and wireless technology. A native of Vancouver, BC, Mr. McPhedran moved to Seattle where he resided for almost 20 years. Now living in the New York City area with his wife and two boys, he is an active investor in various early stage companies.  Mr. McPhedran holds his Series 7, 63, 99 and 24 FINRA licenses and is an alumnus of the University of Washington.

Elizabeth Evans

Elizabeth Evans has joined McIntyre Capital Partners, LLC as a Managing Director. She is a registered representative and holds her FINRA Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.  

Ms. Evans is an accomplished professional with more than 30 years of experience in business development, investment banking and buy side advisory covering the transportation, government contracting, healthcare, entertainment and gaming markets. She has been engaged by some of the leading private equity groups and family offices across the country and tasked with finding off-market, proprietary opportunities for acquisition.

Before joining McIntyre, Ms. Evans was a Managing Director at CKS Advisors in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she led the buy-side activity of the firm after joining in 2014.  Earlier in her career Ms. Evans spent more than 12 years advising private equity teams, high net worth individuals and family offices involved in the transportation, healthcare, media, and renewable energy sectors on investment opportunities specific to their portfolios. Prior to starting the advisory firm, she reported directly to Marvin Davis at Davis Companies in Los Angeles providing M&A advisory in the gaming and leisure sectors for 7 years.

She has a Masters of International Management in Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Me. She is proficient in German and has completed graduate level work in Japanese.

Stephen Home

Stephen Home has worked over 35 years in the financial services industry, gaining extensive sales and trading, structured finance and corporate management experience. Before joining McIntyre, he was the Head of Strategic Business Development for GS Gamma, an award-winning hedge fund specializing in mortgage-backed securities and fixed income derivatives. He led the internal distribution efforts for the fund for seven years. Mr. Home was also one of the original members of Guggenheim Partners, where he focused on Institutional Sales & Trading for a variety of fixed income asset classes within Guggenheim Securities.

Mr. Home was also President of Liberty Pacific Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker/dealer that identified, structured, capitalized, and/or managed diverse companies within health care, technology, real estate, finance and entertainment. In earlier days, he worked in the Taxable Fixed Income division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he specialized in MBS and credit derivatives. He began his career at PaineWebber in Public Finance and Municipal Reinvestment Services.

Mr. Home holds a B.A. from Stanford University with a double major in Economics and Political Science.

David Lissek

David Lissek is a Managing Director of McIntyre Capital Partners. He is a FINRA registered representative with the Series 7, 63, and NASAA Series 65 license, Mr. Lissek brings an extensive institutional career in investment banking, investment management, and the alternatives industry serves to provide best-in-class investment funds & strategies for the firm’s private markets clients, internal shareholders, business partners, and external stakeholders.

Based in Arizona, Mr. Lissek is also the Founder & Managing Partner of BayFront Capital Partners which provides professional services to private equity, private debt, venture capital, and hedge funds clients. Prior to founding BayFront, Mr. Lissek was a Senior Vice President at Old Mutual Asset Management and a Principal at BlackRock where he held institutional relationship management, corporate development and portfolio management responsibilities for Mega-Public, Corporate, Foundation & Endowment, and Taft-Hartley investors. David Lissek received a B.S. Accounting degree from Canisius College, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level II candidate.

Mr. Lissek enjoys competitive skiing, running, swimming, golf, and tennis. He was awarded the rank of Black Belt in Okinawa during a martial arts training trip to Japan.
